All octagon pergola kits include 1/4"X 1-1/4" SS wood lag screws to secure brackets to lumber members. Surface Mounted pergolas include 1/2" x 2-3/4" Stud Anchors to secure Floor Anchor Brackets to concrete pad or footing. Hardware to secure to wall not included since surfaces vary and require different hardware. Use common pressure treated dimensional lumber. Maximum header length is limited to 12 feet for 4x4 and 16 feet for 6x6 systems.
