Every single part design is intended to provide high-end benefits to all DIY’ers.
All parts are constructed from 1/8″ thick, high strength steel. They are precision laser cut, precision formed, precision welded, inspected, and powder painted with exterior grade powder paint, which passes 200 hours of salt spray test, for a lifetime of rustproofing.
All products designed and manufactured by RioOutdoors will last beyond a lifetime. In fact, after 20 years of weather exposure, the lumber members may degrade or rot away, However, the RioOutdoors produced parts will last well beyond the lifetime of lumber members.
You may wish to rebuild the pergola structure again, in the future, using new lumber members.
Packaging quality comprises of correct parts, correct quantities, proper fillers and box, and accurate and informative labels.
RioOutdoors uses 200 lbs. rated cardboard boxes to package the brackets. All hardware required to install the bracket are placed inside the bracket in plastic bags. The bracket is wrapped with sticky bubble wrap to prevent damage during shipment.
Packing the requried hardware with each bracket translates to the DIY customer finding the bracket and hardware together where and when they are needed.
Once a customer completes an order on our website store, an order confirmation will be emailed to the customer.
Orders for in-stock items will be fulfilled within 48 hours of order placement. Upon fulfilment, an email containing the shipment tracking number will be sent to the customer.
Orders for back ordered items will receive an order confirmation and, within 24 hours, additional information related to order fulfilment dates will be sent to the customer.
The availability and access to accurate and thorough installation instructions is very important to DIY’ers.
RioOutdoors strives to provide professional, highly detailed, easy to follow, and comprehensive installation instructions in downloadable .pdf and video formats.
Ease of access to installation instructions is equally important. RioOutdoors provides acces to .pdf and video installation instructions for every product in its store within each product details page.
RioOutdoors does not include hardcopy installation instrutions with its products. Instead, the instructions are provided online for viewing and downloading. Storing the installation instructions in one online location allows RioOutdoors to continually improve and update the installation instructions.
RioOutdoors will respond within 24 hours to all customer service requests.
A full resolution to the customer service request will be communicated within 24 hours if the servicce request is received during the work week and within 48 hours if the request is received during weekends.
The RioOutdoors website has been created as an interactive educational portal for its customers.
Within each Collection page, you will find topic buttons which link to popups containing all information for that topic. The topics are related to product-specific details.
In the Collection pages, under each product image, you will find an “Explore>” button. The “Explore>” button opens a new page which contains interactive HotSpots, image gallery, and product specific technical information.
Each “HotSpot” links to a popup containing a video and technical specifications of each bracket.
