This 4×4 sized wall mounted floating deck kit now increased our outdoor living space and time. We love it. Good quality parts. Good Instructions.
Edward Miller –
In absence of concrete pad, this floating deck idea really works well. We framed and roofed the partial octagon structure, then we dry poured concrete inside the deck area. We added some concrete stamp patterns and random stain. It is looking very attractive. A few more items are needed for the wall areas like bug screens. Then we will add furniture and other items. So looking forward to finishing it to enjoy.

Very detailed information in the install manual made our work very easy and organized. It took 2 days to finish our main structure and roof shingles. The living space is quite large and looking great. Once we add a wall mounted TV and some chairs, it will be awesome to hang out in.

High quality brackets. Very profesional install instructions. Some very clever lumber cutting techniques. I am quite impressed with every part and the whole construction process.
Thomas Garcia –
Very well designed DIY kit. Anyone should be able to build this structure without any hassless. We love ours. Well worth the cost of the bracket kit.

We built this on top of a not so good concrete pad. Therefore, we used the floating deck style and filled the deck area with sand and added pavers. After leveling the bottom floating outer 4x4s, the remaining work was straight forward. The roof structure was very easy to assemble due to all the great cross tie brackets and the spider bracket. We are very happy with our structure. It is very sturdy and strong. We now use this space all the time. Before, we were stuck inside watching TV.
