- This is a novel bracket designed to attach two 2×6 horizontal beam members at the center of a truss.
- This bracket also provides for the addition of two 2×6 45 degree angled truss braces to run upward and attach to the truss rafters.
- This bracket creates a super-strong joint between the two 2×6 horizontal beams and eliminates all sagging at the truss center joint.
- This bracket has an upward facing open U-channel to receive two ends of the horizontal beams.
- Each horizontal beam is secured to the bracket’s U-channel using six (6) 1/4″ x 1-1/4″ lag screws.
- The angled 45 degree brace members are secured to this bracket using three (3) 1/4″ x 1-1/4″ lag screws, each.
- Included are eighteen (18) 1/4″ x 1-1/4″ lag screws to complete the job.
- This bracket is constructed from 1/8″ thick high strength steel.
- This bracket is laser cut and formed and coated with durable black powder paint.
- This bracket may be spray painted over with any desired exterior-grade paint color.

This part is very easy to assemble. It even has a little window to look through and align the joint between the two beams at exactly the center of this bracket. That window is simple idea but it made my work so easy and perfect.

Big heavy duty part. It was easy to install and made building the truss with cross supports very simple. Love it.

This bracket is big and heavy. It is painted black and comes with many black lag screws. It was easy to use to join the two truss beam pieces and to add the two truss cross supports. Impressed with it.

This part is heavy duty and much better than the truss plate that is sold with hundreds of pointy flanges. That pointy flanged part needs a special tool to properly attach. Otherwise, you while you hammer one end, you will bend the flanges on the other end. This part uses simple lag screws. I love it as a DIY parts.

This part design is quite simple but it provides heavy duty support to the middle joint of a truss and makes it easy to add two cross braces. It has lots of lag screws. This part made the middle joint of the truss super strong. Impressive.
