CJ Moran –
This part worked exactly as described. Easy to mount, provides perfect angles between the ridge beam and ridge rafters. It made creating the end truss very easy. All screws were included with the bracket and the installation video was very easy to follow. RioOutdoors truly makes DIY work very easy to do and the whole structure is very solid, perfect in shape, and exact size that we wanted. Perfect kit for anyone who is willing to try buiding a structure as a DIY project to save thousands of $ in contractor labor charges.
Kevin Hall –
This part is heavy duty. It mades the truss very strong and make the rafter angles perfect. We use this to add an extension to the side of our house. Very happy with the structural strength we got using this bracket and other brackets that we bought.
Chad Adams –
This part is made very accurate. It makes a perfect 4-12 pitch truss and takes a ridge beam. Easy to assemble on the floor and build a truss. Then lift truss and put it up. Very easy to do.
Jacob Baker –
I bought two of these to build a large shed. The two end trusses were very easy build and put up. We braced the trusses and then add the ridge beam between the two truss into the open u-channels of these brackets. After driving lag screws through to secure the ridge beam, The shed structure stiffend up. This is so much easier than trying to cobble up an end truss and using only nails to attach the ridge beam. This bracket makes thing very secure in comparison.
Anthony Nelson –
Part self aligns the truss rafters at a perfect angle. It make it very easy to build the rest of the truss structure. Very happy with results.
Ronald Green –
Part is heavier duty than expected. We started by adding rafter to this part. That fixed the rafter angles perfectly. Rest of the truss was very easy to build after this. Very happy with the function of this part.
