This is a novel bracket which supports a roof skirt beam that attaches to a 4-12 Pitched Ridge Rafter end.
This Heavy Duty 4-12 Bracket attaches to the bottom and side surfaces of the Ridge Rafter and provides one U-channels at a precise angle to hold a skirt beam.
This bracket is commonly used all building structures which have a 4-12 pitch roof angle, like a Shed, a garage, a 4-12 pitched Pavilion, a Linear Octagon Pavilion, and a partial Octagon Gazebo.

Use these brakckets to add new 2x size roof skirts to 4-12 pitched roof edges.
Add new drip edges to bring your home, shed, and garage roof up to standards and provide clean appearance.

DIY Smart

These brackets simplify addition of the roof skirt beam at a perfect position.
These brackets are cleverly designed to hold the roof skirt securely and free up your hands to drive the lag screws and nails.

This bracket attaches to the rafter’s bottom and side surfaces using four (4) 1/4″ x 1-1/4″ lag screws.

This bracket has an upward facing open U-channel to easily receive 2×6 or 2×8 skirt beam.
Each roof skirt beam is secured to the bracket’s U-channel with three (3) 1/4″ x 1-1/4″ lag screws and two #10D x 3″ nails.
Included are five (5) 1/4″ x 1-1/4″  lag screws to complete the job.

Don’t forget that you will have to drive 10D X 3″ nails, not included, to secure the top of the skirt beams to the rafter’s end.
This bracket is constructed from 1/8″ thick high strength steel.
This bracket is laser cut and formed and coated with durable black powder paint.
This bracket may be spray painted over with any desired exterior-grade paint color.
