SIZE:
Length: 8 ft. to 18 ft. or longer using our 6×6 Tee Brackets and Post anchor brackets.
Width: 6 ft. to 16 ft. (limited by available lengths of 6×6 in market). For structures longer than 16 feet, add an extra post in the middle by ordering and using our 6×6 Tee Brackets and Post anchor brackets.
Roof pitch is infinitely variable by using any length posts on the high side.

Build as totally freestanding or against a wall.

In the images is shown a 14 ft. long x 12 ft deep Lean To structure with 6×6 posts and 2×10 headers and rafters.

Uses four 6×6 posts to hold roof loads.
Eliminates the need to bolt on a header to the building wall.
Eliminates the need for any center support posts EXCEPT if adding one or two swings.
Strong and heavy 6x6s hold solid roof load.
Three-layers 2×10 headers (three 2x10s sandwiched with 1/2″ plywood fillers) are super-strong and capable of spanning 16 feet width without any center support requirement.

Uses three 2x10s sandwiched headers with 1/2″ OSB/Plywood fillers for a super-strong and wide span cability.
16 ft. maximum open span between the 6×6 posts is allowed.
Roof Pitch is infinitely variable by using longer posts on one end.
Rafters required 24″ on center for proper load bearing and to provide easy roof deck osb/plywood addition.
Two (2) 4×4 cross members tie the two wall together for extra stability.

Open span of rafters between the two walls is limited to code approved spans based on 2×10 rafter size.
Notched 2×10 triple headers design allows roof to overhang past left and right ends.
Rafters allow roof to overhang past each wall end.

Uses 2×10 lumber for headers and 2×8 or 2×10 rafters.
Uses 6x6s for posts.

Shingle and polycarbonate roof options approved for roof pitches 1-12 to 3-12. For roof pitch greater than 3-12, shingles, polycarbonate, and metal standing seam-type are approved. Metal standing seam panels cannot be installed for pitches less than 3-12 per the panel manufacturers limitations.

Two (2) 6×6 four-sided post anchor brackets, two (2) 6×6 wall hugger post anchor brackets, four (4) 6×6 90 deg elbows, four (4) Open End Rafter tie Brackets, and variable quantities of #PTRT, Post Top Rafter Tie brackets.
Qty of Post Top Rafter Ties (#PTRT) varies by length, 8ft. to 10 ft..=8, 11ft. to 12ft.=10, 13ft. to 15ft.=12, 16ft. = 14.

Universal Width between 8ft. and 18 ft. allowed (including 6″ roof overhang on each side).
Kits are package by length of structure in 8 ft. to 10 ft., 11 ft. to 12 ft., 13 ft. to 15 ft.,and 16 ft. to 18 ft. lengths.
1/8″ thick steel used for all parts, laser cut, and welded, powder painted for rust proofing.
Lag screws to secure all brackets are included in black color.
