RioOutdoors.com will accept returns of purchased items under the conditions listed below.
Conditions of return
- The buyer can return, or exchange purchased items if found damaged upon delivery, if found to be unsuitable for use, or in the case of buyer’s remorse.
- The buyer must return items within 30 day from the delivery date with an exception between Dec 1 and Jan 10, the buyer must return items within 45 days from the delivery date.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- The buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with the seller) if an item isn’t returned in its original new condition and its original packaging.
- There is no restocking charge except when a buyer returns an item in case of buyer’s remorse. A 15% restocking charge will apply for items returned in case of buyer’s remorse.

RioOutdoors.com will accept order cancellation only if the buyer requests a cancellation before the item has shipped.
