Heavy built, very well engineered, good finish, best item of this type I could find anywhere. Made for big lumber, I used treated 2x12. great cornerstone for any gazebo project. Raj went out of his way to design and manufacture a product for me that they didn’t even offer. They had 4/12 pitch brackets, I needed 6/12 pitch. So, if you want the real thing for gazebo brackets, buy from these guys. The shipment packaging looked like the way you’d ship an antique Tiffany lamp! All screws provided too. Great overall experience. Thanks Raj.

Super Heavy Duty Octagon 8-way spider bracket creates a perfect 8-way rafters joints at the peak of the octagon roof. Allows universal size octagon roof ranging from 8 feet wide to 24 feet wide.

When used together with the octagon crosstie bracket, post top rafter tie bracket, and octagon roof skirt bracket, you can build a super-strong architectural octagon solid roof.

This bracket is used to build our 4×4, Surface Mounted, Full Octagon Gazebo, 4×4, Floating Deck, Full Octagon Gazebo, 6×6, Surface Mounted, Full Octagon Gazebo, and 6×6, Floating Deck, Full Octagon Gazebo.

This octagon 8-way spider bracket yields a super-strong 6-12 pitch roof structure which can withstand snow loads exceeding 165 lbs./sq. ft.

This strong roofed structure will be a permanent structure for any geographic location.
The Octagon 8-way steel brackets eliminates all wood joinery skills and work making it ideal for all DIY enthusiasts and contractors.

This bracket is made of double layered 1/8″ thick steel, welded structure coated with powder paint for permanent rust proofing and durability.

The octagon spider bracket package includes:
Qty 1, of 6-12 Pitched Roof Peak Octagon 8-way Spider Bracket.
Qty 16, of 1/4″ x 1-1/2″ Lag Screws.
Qty 16 of 3/8″ x 2″ Through Bolts not included.

  • Roof rafters’ pitch angle is fixed at 6-12 pitch.
  • Roof rafters and cross-tie beam lumber to be kiln dried lumber (pine, cedar, redwood, etc.).
  • Roof rafters’ size to be 2×6 for octagon widths up to 14 feet and 2×8 for widths more than 14 feet.
  • Cross-tie support beams are required every 24″ between adjacent rafters to support roof deck plywood/OSB boards and to support snowloads.
